We partnered with an extremely talented 3d character creator and animator "Focree" who helped bring the ideal vision of Orion to life for our game project. "Hello everyone
I’ve recently finished a freelance project called “Orion” and I’d like to share it with you.
The client approached me with a request to create a stylized character and provided a large set of written materials and references. The idea immediately inspired me — I could already picture the final result in my mind, and I quickly got to work.
The project was built around a standard character development pipeline. The task was to create a game-ready character for Unreal Engine 5, make it modular, and implement customizable shaders. I completed the sculpting, prepared the retopology and UVs, and baked the textures. After that, the only step left was integrating everything into the engine.
While working in UE5, I realized how enjoyable it is to use, so I decided to create the final renders directly in it. I’m very happy with the result and I’m excited to share it with you.
