The W.H.D team is very excited to share these demo sample videos of the main game character "Orion". We partnered with an extremely talented 3d character creator and animator "Focree" who helped bring the ideal vision of Orion to life for our game project. "Hello everyone

I’ve recently finished a freelance project called “Orion” and I’d like to share it with you.

The client approached me with a request to create a stylized character and provided a large set of written materials and references. The idea immediately inspired me — I could already picture the final result in my mind, and I quickly got to work.

The project was built around a standard character development pipeline. The task was to create a game-ready character for Unreal Engine 5, make it modular, and implement customizable shaders. I completed the sculpting, prepared the retopology and UVs, and baked the textures. After that, the only step left was integrating everything into the engine.

While working in UE5, I realized how enjoyable it is to use, so I decided to create the final renders directly in it. I’m very happy with the result and I’m excited to share it with you.
